Strawberries offer a wide range of health benefits and they are going to help you with: inflammations, various cardiovascular diseases, bone health, constipation, weight loss, eye health, high blood pressure, allergies, asthma, diabetes and depression.

Refreshing strawberry lemonade

This wonderfully sweet refreshing lemonade with a fresh, ripe strawberries is a brilliant way to enjoy any summer night and it’s easy peasy to make.
Whilst it’s refreshing and delicious, it is also beneficial for the heart and kidneys. Rich in antioxidants, it helps in detoxification. For the health benefits, take this strawberry lemonade twice a day, for at list 200 ml.
1 fresh lemon, juice
1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
3 tablespoon organic honey
2 cups water
Put the Ingredients in a blender and blend the mixture until smooth. Serve with lots of ice cubes and garnish with lemon and strawberry.
