Refreshing strawberry lemonade
Whilst it’s refreshing and delicious, it is also beneficial for the heart and kidneys. Rich in antioxidants, it helps in detoxification. For the health benefits, take this strawberry lemonade twice a day, for at list 200 ml.
Ingredients:
1 fresh lemon, juice
1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
3 tablespoon organic honey
2 cups water
Preparation:
Put the Ingredients in a blender and blend the mixture until smooth. Serve with lots of ice cubes and garnish with lemon and strawberry.
