Simple apricot recipe, yet rich in flavors and colors, great starter or desert. Bite sized snacks, easy to make and simply delicious.

2 apricot, halved
4 pieces goat cheese
1 tsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp almond, chopped

Place the apricot halves on baking paper, pitted side up and drizzle with honey. Place on the top rack in oven and keep it on high temperature until honey start caramelize. Baking is done, so apricots can be served with piece of goat cheese, sprinkled with almonds and cinnamon.
