Cherry French toast roll ups recipe

Sometimes you just have to start day with this rich and sweet breakfast. Easy to prepare, but looks luxuriously and combined cherry, cinnamon and cocoa flavors are delicate and heavenly.

4 slices white sandwich bread without crust
1/2 cup cherries, pitted
4 tbsp cocoa spread
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
Pinch of salt

In one flat dish, mix the sugar and cinnamon to be ready for warm rolls. Roll the bread slices flat, using roll pin. Spread the cocoa spread on one side of each bread slice. Along the side of each piece make line of cherries. Roll up bread starting from cherry side so they can stay in the center of rolls. In a flat bowl, large enough to lie the roll up, whisk the egg, milk and salt to combine into one liquid mixture. Melt butter in a pan. Roll the rolls in egg mixture, shake off the excess and cook each side until golden. Coat rolls into the sugar and cinnamon immediately after cooking. Serve warm.
