Simple healthy apple salad recipe

This brilliant fresh apple salad is so simple and easy to make, but sometimes less is more, especially if you eating.

3 tsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 large apples, thinly sliced
1 leaf, lettuce
1/3 cup red onion, sliced
2 tsp organic honey
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
